On 29th April 2017, the Call For Justice India held a protest dharna at 10 AM at Jantar Mantar the place ear marked for such protest by Government of India.
The protest was in support of Sri Kulbhushan Jadhav an Indian citizen who has been caught illegally by Pakistanis and have been falsely charged as RAW agent and alleged to be engaged in provocation of the Blochistans freedom moment.
He is an Indian having business interest in Iran at the neighboring border of Pakistan. Pakistan is well known for such clandestine deals in past. This time they have sentenced him with Death sentence without any fair trial. He was neither provided any counsel nor the procedures of the court proceeding were ever followed. Pakistan has violated all the human, international and diplomatic principals. Pakistan’s barbaric, terrorist, irresponsible, inhuman and criminal activities are well known to the world.
Therefore, Call For Justice decided to hold this protest. The protest was attended by Indian citizens from various walk of life. The lawyers, ex-serviceman, doctors, bankers, teachers, educationist, employees and social workers in large number. They shouted Anti-Pakistan slogans. The placards and banners were also displayed. The dharna was peaceful and lasted till 1PM.The police from the area of Pakistani embassy that is Chankyapuri had come. They offered to escort 5 of the member of call for justice along with the memorandum of protest. At 12.30 the dharma was called for and five members proceeded to Pakistani embassy. At around 1PM the memorandum was handed over at Pakistan embassy counter.
Call for justice held demonstration and protest against death sentence give by Pakistan in an highly improper way without any trial against all the laws and violating blatantly the human rights. It was attended by 500 hundred people from different walk of life. They submitted a memorandum to Pakistan embassy signed by all the executive members of the CALL FOR JUSTICE.
