International Court of Justice stays Kulbhushan Jadhav death sentence
International Court of Justice on Tuesday ordered a stay on the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the Indian sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage. The interim order came after India instituted proceedings against Pakistan at the ICJ.
